I've been licensed by the STATE of GEORGIA since 2005. I'm a Broker who focuses exclusively on "As-Is" property sales — not traditional listings that require repairs first, not wholesaling, not flipping. That focus exists for one reason: Distressed and "As-Is" property owners continue to be underserved by both sides of the industry. Wholesalers make one offer and disappear. Traditional agents want repairs before they'll list any property.
Because this is a licensed brokerage, you get protections neither of those alternatives offer: every offer is documented, every disclosure is handled properly, and you're covered under Georgia real estate law from the first phone call to the closing table.
